CDL provides several reports which support your operations and analytics. Reports may be downloaded as Excel-File in the Review App (open "Review App", open page "Download reports").

Report Description Purpose
Changelog Provides a list of business partner or address updates in a given timeframe. Check which business partner or address updates have been commited recently and compare with the data in your organization (especially if automated data exchange is not yet implemented).
Service Calls Provides a list of service calls against the CDL API. The report details date, service and whether the service call was successfull or not.

Note: The data for this report is collected since 01.01.2017.

Understand which services are already used and/or is implemented by your organization
Lookup Calls Provides a list of Lookup Business Partner calls against the CDL API. The report details date, name, country, locality and whether the lookup returned any matches or not.

Note: The data for this report is collected since 08.05.2017.

Analyze the relation between successfull and unsuccessfull business partner lookups.
Overlap Provides details about the overlap of your shared records with the other collaborators. The report is grouped by countries.

Understand the degree of overlap of your data and the data of other collaborators
Collaboration Metrics Provides a list of metrics for the collaboration processes: New Review Tasks, Closed Review Tasks, and Open Review Tasks. Metrics are group by month and year.

Analyze your performance in the collaboration process and overall workload.
Taskslist Provides a list of the current review tasks. Changes for each review are highlighted. Work offline on your review tasks and collect information for completion.
